 Robert B. Hall, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, ARM President and Insurance Consultant  Bob has over 29 Years of Experience and serves as President
of the Francis A. Hall, Inc. Insurance Agency. Founded by his father, Francis Hall,
this Agency has been proudly serving the Greater West Chester area since 1946.Bob is a Risk Management specialist and has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) from the American Institute of Property and Casualty. He has also earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations (CLU, ChFC) from American College. He is presently enrolled for the Associate Risk Management (ARM) Designation. Bob is dedicated to the Insurance Industry, as evidenced by his numerous memberships and leadership responsibilities. He has taught Chester County's Business Insurance Multi-Lines courses, sponsored by the Insurance and Financial Advisors Training Council. He is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association, the Independent Insurance Agents Association, the Insurance Agents and Brokers Association, and the Societies of CPCU, CLU and ChFC. He is also a member of the Local Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and served as its President. In addition, he served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Philadelphia and Suburbs, and is a chartered member of the Association of Health Insurance Agents. Bob has served as a Director and past President for the Chester County Estate Planning Council. He was also a member of the Steering Committee of "Project Invest," which has developed a special "Insurance and Finance" curriculum for High School students desiring to pursue employment within these industries in Chester County and the surrounding areas. Bob is very involved in the West Chester community. He is currently an active member of and serves on the Board of the West Chester Daybreak Lions Club and Lions Share. He was a past Director of the Adult Night School of Chester County, and has served on the Board of Governors for the West Chester Golf and Country Club. Bob is on the Association Board of the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley, and is past President of the Central Chester County YMCA. In addition, he serves on the Board of the Barclay Friends Community. Bob has also served on the Boards of the Opportunities Industrial Center, the West Chester United Ways, and the Chester County United Ways. In his free time, Bob enjoys time with his daughters and coaches Girls Soccer. He is a past Chief of the former YMCA Indian Princesses Program, is The Compass Bearer of the new YMCA Adventure Guides, and is a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
