The Francis Hall Family of Insurance
Francis Hall Insurance Services was founded in 1946 by Francis A. Hall as an Insurance Agency and Real Estate office serving the West Chester community. It was one of the first Century 21 Offices.
In 1964, a new division of the agency debuted offering insurance for Emergency Service Organizations throughout PA, DE, NJ and MD, it was officially named Keystone Volunteer Insurance Group (KVIG) in 1992.
In 1968, the agency began to represent Public Entities within Chester County. By 1994, the book of Municipalities had grown such that the agency again established a dedicated division called Public Entity Protection Program (PEPP). This division’s goal: To serve the Public Entities, Township’s, Borough’s and County Governments throughout the region.
In 1985 Francis Hall, it’s founder retired, with his two sons, Richard and Robert, taking the lead. In 1990, Richard Hall retired and Robert became sole owner, a role he still holds today. It was decided at that time to leave real estate sales and devote resources exclusively to insurance and risk management services.
In 2006 a comprehensive risk management focused division was started called Associates for Insurance & Risk Management (AFIRM). AFIRM provides contracted Risk Management services to business of every size.
In 2015, the agency again expanded services to include Personal Insurance coverages through the KVIG brand for members of the Fire & EMS Organizations. The goal: Provide tailored auto, home, umbrella and other personal insurance programs to First Responders who give so much to their community
Today, with over 71 years and counting, the Francis Hall Insurance family continues to grow. Every year is another chapter in the story of successfully protecting both the community and their clients.
