Bob is a Risk Management specialist and has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and the Public Entity Risk Management (ARM-P) from the American Institute of Property and Casualty. In addition he has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant Designations (CLU,ChFC) from the American College.

He has taught for the Insurance Society courses for the American Institute of Property & Casualty, specializing in “Public Entity Risk Management”. Further, he has taught Chester County’s Business Insurance Multi-Lines courses, sponsored by Insurance and Financial Advisors Training Council. He further provides “Seminar Training” in fields of “Sexual Harassment, Lifting, Blood Borne Pathogens, Fire prevention, Human Resource Management, etc.”.

He is a qualified instructor for the Department of Labor & Industry for Training of Safety Committees. In addition, Bob is a member of the Independent Insurance Agent Association where he is a past President for the Local Chapter and has served on the Board of the Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) and has served as the Chairman of the IA&B, serving Independent Agents in PA, DE and MD. He also has served as the local past President of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, formerly known as Life Underwriters, a member of the Society of CPCU where he had served as a Director, Chester County Estate Planning Council, where he had served as a past President. In addition he is a member of the Society of CLU and ChFC and the Association of Health Insurance Agents (AHIA). He also served as a member of the “Steering Committee” of Project Invest which has developed a special “Insurance and Finance” Curriculum for High School students who desire to pursue future employment in the insurance field in Chester County and the surrounding area.

Bob is committed to his community where he has been the Chairman of the Exton Area Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Council, member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary/Homeland Security, Fame Fire and Goshen Fire Companies and West Chester Rotary Club. He also has served on various other Non-Profit Boards in the local community such as the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley, where he also served as President of the Central County YMCA, The Barclay Friends, Reestablish Rail Service back to West Chester, and others. He has furthered been recognized by the Exton Chamber of Commerce as the “Businessperson of the Year” and the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley receiving the “Stuart Huston Award”. He also is an avid sailor and Ham Radio operator.

She provides various on-site training to employees/volunteers and is a qualified instructor for the Department of Labor and Industry for Training Safety Committees. These services are provided to non-profit and for-profit organizations and companies in the community. She conducts extensive training such as Sexual Harassment Avoidance, Emergency Preparedness, Blood Borne Pathogens, Lifting Safety, Safe Driving, Workplace Safety.

Mickey earned a Associates Degree from Widener University and a BA in Organization Dynamics from Immaculata University in 2004 where she graduated summa cum laude with membership in three local, national and international honor societies. She has served on the board of directors of several local non-profit organizations. She served as Chairperson of the West Chester Area YMCA and served on several committees. Mickey received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the West Chester Area YMCA. She is a past chair of the West Chester Daybreak Lions Club where she received the Melvin Jones Award, the highest award presented by Lion’s International. Mickey served as founder/leader of the West Chester Daybreak Lions Club “Lions Share” Program. This program provided many families in the community with furniture donations. While involved in this program she collaborated with many of the local non-profit organizations and their clients to assist families in need with furniture and household items. She is currently serving as a Board Member of the Community Warehouse Project – a local organization supplying furniture to Chester County families in need. She is the current President of the Rotary Club of West Chester.

Isaac B. Thomas, CPIA

Isaac serves as an Executive Producer, advising prospects and clients on insurance programs and risk management solutions that best fit their businesses and families. He is also the Marketing Director for all divisions within our agency, crafting our voice to the public and our clients. Isaac graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Degree in English and Communications.

He joined Francis Hall Insurance Service in 2011 to initiate a new marketing campaign and quickly became a licensed Property & Casualty and Life/Health agent. He has since earned the AIMS Society's Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation, building skills and ability to efficiently create and distribute effective insurance programs to our clients.

Isaac also serves as an Associate is our risk management division. Soon, he will complete his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation, gaining in-depth knowledge to assess and respond to risks facing an organizations. These services are provided to both non-profit and for-profit organizations in the local community.

Isaac is a certified instructor for Training Intervention Procedures (TipS), providing training and education to wait-staff and bartenders. Using his background in both Sales and Construction Management, he currently serves in a dual role as Executive Producer and Associate Risk Manager. He lives in West Chester with his wife and a big, smelly dog. His passions include hiking, camping and snowsports.

Jeannie McGinn

Jeannie has been a sales and marketing leader for over 35 years working for telecom giants like Northern Telecom (Nortel Networks), and Ericsson Communications early in her career. For twelve years, she was the President of McGinn Marketing Works providing branding, advertising and business development solutions to regional businesses.

Jeannie was the first managing editor for Main Line Today Magazine and has financial and customer service management experience with time spent at Fulton Bank and SERVPRO.

For the last 20 years, she has enjoyed calling West Chester and Chester County her home. She is well-traveled having lived all over the USA, including Anchorage, Seattle, Dallas, Cleveland, Washington D.C., New York City and Southern California. Her passions include volunteering within her community, supporting her Rotary Club of West Chester, travel, tennis and golf. She joined Francis Hall Insurance Service in 2017 as an Assistant Risk Manager offering both Commercial and Personal Lines solutions. She has her Property and Casualty License and is studying for her designation to become a Licensed Life and Health Agent, too. She will also lend her keen marketing experience to expanding FHI’s presence in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey through various social media campaigns, corporate partnering and sponsorship events.

Jeannie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University at Long Beach in Political Science. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Chester County Bar Association Foundation, Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center, Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, and the Delaware Valley Business Referral Group. She’s a proud member of the Rotary Club of West Chester and served as their President for the 2012-2013 Rotary year. She volunteers for numerous community events and supports many non-profit organizations in her free time. Having visited 48 out of 50 states, Jeannie enthusiastically believes West Chester, Chester County is the best place to live, work and play.

Barbara began her insurance career in 1989 after a short hiatus for the birth of her son. Before that she worked in Accounting/Office Managerial roles for various businesses. She joined Francis Hall Insurance Services in October of 2006 as the Accounting/IT Director.

Barbara has throughout the years reached out into the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines areas obtaining her Property & Casualty License. To aid the agencies where she worked, Barbara has maintained her Notary Commission since 1999. Barbara worked towards and obtained her CPIA designation and her Life & Health License. She has taken on an additional role as a Benefits Division Coordinator. Her “give-it-a-go” attitude has created many opportunities and challenges for which she thrives.

A former Soccer Mom/Accounting Manager for many different youth soccer teams, youth baseball first aid/scorer for many little league teams, and past Co-President of the W.C. Henderson High School Soccer Boys Booster Club have created many long lasting friendships and community continual involvement opportunities.

A happy marriage, being Steve’s mom, welcoming a daughter-in-law into the family, and living in Chester County surrounded by family and friends is the joy of her life. She enjoys the many different facets of the insurance industry and strives every day to give 100 percent in helping Francis Hall Insurance Services run smoothly and create a positive experience for the clients.

Barbara Kaiser

A born and raised New Yorker, Barbara spent many years working in the “canyons” of Wall Street as an administrative assistant at a stock brokerage firm, an advertising agency and at a financial public relations firm. After moving from New York City to Pennsylvania, Barbara joined Francis Hall Insurance Services as Administrative Assistant in 2006. In addition to her many responsibilities, Barbara also helps both the Commercial Lines & Personal Lines Departments in whatever way she can.

Alisa Pieczynski

Starting her insurance career in 1992, Alisa has many years’ experience working in both Commercial and Personal Lines. Presently working as an Account Executive in the Commercial Lines Department, Alisa strives for excellence in Customer Service and providing for our client’s needs. In her spare time Alisa enjoys spending time with her family. She also volunteers her time working with rescue horses and dogs, and local 4-H activities.

Mary joined Francis Hall in the personal lines department where her responsibilities include writing new business and servicing existing client accounts. She takes pride in helping clients understand their policies and the protection that they provide, assisting customers with the claim process and with policy changes. Mary rarely has a bad day, enjoys the company of others, and loves a good laugh.
